- The delivery time within Germany is approximately 2-4 working days and within Europe approximately 3-12 working days (depending on the country). Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. We are a small family business. Please understand if it takes a little longer.
- Our packages are sent with DHL.
- All packages are insured against loss or damage during transport. If you as the recipient make an individual agreement with DHL (e.g. delivery to a drop-off location), DHL and therefore we assume no liability for busy or lost packages after the package has been dropped off.
- The flat rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT (19%).
- DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If the buyer is not at home during both attempts, the package will be available for collection at the nearest post office for 7 working days. The package will then be sent back to us. The return costs of €4.95 incurred in this case will be borne by the buyer.
- Deliveries to Switzerland and the UK:
Deliveries to Switzerland and the UK are possible, please send us an email to info@avalontree.de so that we can discuss the circumstances.
The statutory VAT and any customs fees will be charged to you in addition by customs.
- Delivery to packing stations:
We also deliver to packing stations. Here it is important that you do not provide your own address, but your DHL Packstation customer number with the corresponding address of the packing station.
Returns
You have the option of returning your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund for your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please note that for hygiene reasons we can no longer refund opened products. We recommend using the cardboard and filling material we use to ensure adequate protection of the goods.
If you have received the wrong product from us, we will of course cover the return costs. The buyer is responsible for all other reasons for returns and the associated return costs.
Returns in connection with promotional campaigns:
If a product was purchased as a result of a promotional campaign (e.g. Gift With Purchase) and the product is subsequently returned, the customer must also send the promo/gift back to us.
